What we do
See our services- Ship-to-shore cranes (STS)Panamax and Post-Panamax: full mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic revamping and commissioning.
- Rubber-tyred gantry cranes (RTG)Yard gantry cranes on rubber tyres: full mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic revamping, structural modification and commissioning. We convert cranes from diesel to electric and from electric to diesel.
- Rail-mounted gantry cranes (RMG)Yard gantry cranes on rails for intermodal terminals: full mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic revamping and commissioning.
- Naval jib cranesWe design and build slewing-boom marine cranes and install them on barges for container transshipment; unless the client specifies otherwise, we use European components.
- Engineering and drawingsEvery modification or revamping project is engineered in-house and, as agreed with the client, includes structural checks and mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings.
- Maintenance and serviceAll projects are covered by a warranty period agreed with the client. We can also arrange extraordinary maintenance on other cranes already in the client’s yard.
- Technical consultingTechnical pre-analysis and reports on existing cranes, carried out by our engineers before any major revamping project: 1) structural stability calculation, 2) residual life test, 3) technical report for the client and insurance companies.

Engineering
Structural, mechanical and electrical design in our technical offices in Thailand and Italy.
Steel structure
Fabrication of the complete steel structure in Thailand.
Assembly
Assembly of the structure and installation of machinery.
Electrical and control
Electrical equipment and control system installed and wired.
Testing
All functional tests are performed by our technicians before final commissioning.
Delivery
Final commissioning with a third-party company and delivery to the customer.
